Vitamin Water 10

Vitamin Water 10 contains only ten calories per serving and is naturally sweetened with eurythritol, a sugar alcohol that comes from corn. We prefer xylitol as a sugar alcohol since it comes from the birch tree. We eat entirely too many products produced from corn in this country. Nonetheless, this a MUCH better choice than Gatorade (because of the dye and high fructose corn syrup Gatorade contains) and a lower sugar option than regular Vitamin Water. Coconut Water is the single best re-hydrant and electrolyte replacement but this is another decent choice.
