Think Thin Organic Bars are made with quality organic ingredients. There are 20g of protein in each bar and are gluten free. Unfortunately these bars are sweetened with maltitol which is an artificial sweetener and is used as a sugar substitute. It has 75-90% of the sweetness of sucrose. The protein used in these bars is both whey protein and soy protein. Even though these bars taste really good, they rank poorly due to the fact that they have both soy and artificial sugars.
