Rudi's Gluten Free Bread

Rudi's motto is “Gluten-free doesn't mean bread free.” This family business has been striving to make great tasting breads that are gluten free since 1976. They have teamed up with experts to make sure their products are safe. They always display the recognizable Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) GF Symbol which is what most people with Celiacs Disease look for when shopping. In addition, their breads are monitored and certified by Quality Assurance International, an independent organic foods certification company which helps to maintain such a fabulous high standard of quality. Ingredients in most of the breads include potato extract, rice flour, organic honey and evaporated cane juice. The taste is good but they loose a star since these breads sweetened with cane juice. We would love to see them use a natural healthy sweetener. What do you think Rudi's?
