PureFit Nutrition Bars

This is a soy-based bar and we are not a proponent of any soy in the diet unless it has been fermented. However many of our clients used to buy this at Costco and asked us to review it. The PureFit bar is better than the Zone, Atkins, Balance Bar and lots of other ones on the market because it is naturally sweetened with brown rice syrup and agave nectar. It is also Kosher-certified and vegan-approved PureFit bars do not contain dairy, wheat, or gluten, and will not melt in their packaging. PureFit strives to provide products without artificial ingredients or common allergens, including milk, wheat or gluten. 100% All-Natural Ingredients, 18 Grams of Soy Protein, Non-GMO Soy. 3 stars (they lose a full two stars because of the soy protein). If they ever upgrade their protein, we would be happy to make them a Whole Journey Select product.
