Ortho Digestzyme includes all of the essential enzymes needed for digestion and absorption for the entire GI tract. It includes Pancreatin (which is composed of three different enzymes: amylase, lipase and protease. Amylases break down starches, lipases breakdown lipids, and proteases breakdown proteins. Other enzymes include HCL, Pepsin, Ox Bile extract (which aids in the digestion of fats) Bromelain (extracted from pineapple) and Papain (extracted from papya).
