Natural Vitality Osteo Calm

We like this product because it is all about the calcuim/magnesium balance. We hear a lot about calcium, and how important it is to our bones. But what we don’t often hear is that the balance of calcium and magnesium is a critical factor not only to bone health but to our overall health. Magnesium helps the body absorb and transport calcium into the bones as well as makes bones stronger and more flexible. Approximately 50 percent of total body magnesium is found in bone. Osteo Calm is made with calcium gluconate, which has high bioavailability and is significantly superior to many other forms of calcium, such as calcium carbonate. The magnesium is from Natural Calm (see review for Natural Calm.) This is sweetened with agave which isn't our favorite sweetener, but is much better then cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
