Namaste Foods Waffle and Pancake Mix

Namaste Foods are a small but growing manufacturer of allergen-free foods, excluding wheat, gluten, corn, soy, potato, dairy, casein or nuts from their product line. We think it is super fantastic to know that you aren’t buying anything with any junk in it. Namaste Foods is also Kosher certified and never uses any GM ingredients. We have not yet tried this mix but it has gotten a few good reviews in terms of taste from our clients. Incredients include sweet brown rice flour, tapioca and arrowroot flour (that’s how they make it gluten-free with a good consistency still), cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and ground vanilla bean. You cannot go wrong with that ingredient list.
