Wild salmon is linked to numerous heatlh benefits and this is fast, easy and inexpensive way to work it into your diet. Found at Costco stores nationwide, try making a healthy salmon salad out this product. Mix in a healthy vinaigrette dressing, 1/2 a chopped onion, 1/2 green apple chopped and some chopped celery and you have a super healthy, omega 3 packed meal. You will never find canned salmon that is not wild. We are not fans of farm-raised fish and also because farm-raised salmon has dye in it to give it color and no DHA/EPA content, which is the entire reason we eat salmon, to get those health-promoting oils. Farmed salmon would turn to liquid in three days because it lacks these essential fats that would otherwise hold it together.
