Their motto is  “being KIND means to “Be KIND to your body, your taste buds, and the world.” This company feels strongly about natural ingredients that you can see and pronounce.  Available in several different gluten free combinations including a variety of mixed nuts and flax seed, making them an excellent source of omega-3. Each bar contains 7g Protein, 3g fiber, and only 5g sugar. They are only 4 stars because we would like to see them come out with some bars sweetened with something other than sugar.
