We cannot say enough good things about this product and their mission! Their slogan is "every ingredient matters". It does and it shows. This is largely a peanut-based bar (except for the breakfast bar variety). Kris Fillat, their founder, is very involved in every stage of the process as well as in the pressing issues regarding our food supply today. She uses only organic Valencia peanuts, which are lower in mold than other peanut varieties. All ingredients are organic and super nutritious. There are no fillers to puff up the bar. Each GoodOnYa bar delivers 24% of your daily RDA of fiber and 7.6g of bio-available protein, making it a great, high energy snack or a quick breakfast for those of you who usually skip it. You can feel great about what you are eating and who you are supporting with this choice. 4.5 stars out of 5 and this is because only about 70% of our client-base loves the taste.
