Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Bragg Liquid Aminos is a Certified NON-GMO liquid protein concentrate, derived from healthy soybeans. While this might be a nice way to get additional amino acids for vegetarians, we try to steer clear from unfermented soy in the diet. This product is not fermented or heated and Gluten-Free. It only gets 3 stars due to the soy and we would recommend a fermented spy product such as tamari instead.
