We love this company because it isn't just about whole grains. They have a full line of gluten free products and you can find just about any kind of flour such as gluten free oat flour, almond flour or coconut flour with the Bob Red Mills brand. We would love to see this company support non-GMO ingredients. Their products can seem expensive for the quantity you are getting, but for the quality we think it is worth it.
