NanOmega3 is a dietary supplement filled with flax seeds, vegan DHA and a variety of vitamins. The flax seeds make up a short chain omega-3 called alpha- linolenic acid (ALA). The vegan DHA is derived from marine algae and is the source of a long chain omega-3.  You will find approximately 1200 mgs of Omega-3 combined in this product. It is also high in Vitamin E, D3 and B12 and follic acid.
