Their motto is  “being KIND means to “Be KIND to your body, your taste buds, and the world.” This company feels strongly about natural ingredients that you can see and pronounce.  Available in several different gluten free combinations including a variety of mixed nuts and flax seed, making them an excellent source of omega-3. Each bar contains 7g Protein, 3g fiber, and only 5g sugar. They are only 4 stars because we would like to see them come out with some bars sweetened with something other than sugar.

We suggest these cookies to all of our clients because they are delicious and simple. Just 3 ingredients: Coconut, honey and egg whites. Who knew macaroons could be so healthy with lauric acid (medium chain fatty acid from the coconut) that has anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-viral properties. These cookies are lactose-free, gluten-free, sulfite-free, wheat-free. Four stars since ingredients are not organic. Beware though, Jennie's has recently added sugar to a few different varieties...let's hope they keep one nice and clean using only honey as the sweetener.
